Hello
I have a huge problem and I stack in the corner. I have ArcGIS Server and Portal 10.5.1 installed and configured. i use them i closed network so i have no internet there. I have installed ArcGIS Pro 2.1 and tryed to share web scene containing one feature layer which comes from SQL server. every time i get the same error "Failed To Publish web layer". i even downloaded sample data
Author and share a local scene—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop
and made step by step like in manual. again same. i have read all posts about this issue and tried most of the suggestions. but did not succeed....
any ideas what can it be?
