Points to Multipatch

Hello,

I have an unordered 3D point feature class which I imported from an ASCII file produced by a laser scanner.  The object I am modeling has a very complex geometry, with undercuts. How can I produce a multipatch feature class from these points?  I am using ArcInfo 9.3 (I have 3D analysis extension and ArcScene).

Convert ascii to Geotiff
Create Tin Feature class out of that
Use 3d analyst extrude in between function give DSM and DGM for processing
You will get the geometry as multipatch
