Point ZM

Hi,
I have some files .xyz about LiDAR data (DSM and DTM). I converted them in a shape by the function "ASCII 3D to feature class". By this way I obtained shape files "Point ZM". I need to extract the Z value, because then I want to use the Z value to con create the raster files. How have I do to extract the Z value in a vector poin shape file? Thank you.

With the point file you have described, you have all the information necessary. Simply use the Add XY Coordinates tool to add the coordinates of each point.  Since you file has z values, the z value will also be added beside the X and Y coordinate.
