Please help to fix an Error in atributting elevation of XS Cut Lines in HEC-GeoRas

Hi all, hope have a good day.

Now, I'm busy in floodplain delineating using HEC-GeoRAS, I've made all layers, but when I was doing atributting for XS cut lines elevation I got an error with message as below
[ATTACH=CONFIG]22326[/ATTACH] 

Error Message : -2147220936, The coordinates or measures are out of bounds.
and also I've checked for any difference Coordinate system for all layers, but they all have the same coordinate.
Can any one could help me to fixed this error?
