I am building Bare Earth Raster DEMs by first creating a bare earth Multipoint file, then creating a terrain from the multipoint file, then using "Terrain to Raster". The problem is, in the terrain builidng process you get some interpolation in the process, this carries over to the reulting DEMs, so i then clip the final terrain to the actual LAS extent. Is there a way to create an extent of LAS or Multipoint file? I tried the "Point file information" but that does the bounding rectangle. Any ideas?
