While I add data using File > Add Data > Add XY Data, I define X,Y and Z attribute. And then exported the event layer to shapefile/Feature class.

The resulting feature class would have its Z and M values enabled.

I need to import M value too and create point ZM.

Any solution?

Or I need to append M ( million of records) value from one of the attribute in the table?

Then you can add Geometry to the point feature class.

Add Geometry Attributes—Data Management toolbox | ArcGIS for Desktop

Next, Join the Excel sheet with the attribute table.

And fill the values of "POINT_M" in attribute table with the joined "M" field of Excel Sheet, using FIELD CALCULATOR.

This looks so simple , but I m operating with ArcGIS 10. I don't see this option.
