Extrude between tool creating holes

Hello,

I have a problem with the "Extrude between" tool in ArcGIS Desktop 10.8. I want to create a 3d geologic model, for that i created multiple rasters for the different geologic layers. I then turned these into tin-layers to use the extrude between tool. Problem: The extrude-between-tool creates holes on some layers (dont know how to desribe it better, please take a look in the attached file). 

I already tried to use a buffered layer for the layer that is getting extruded.

Hello Domenic,

Thank you for sharing the image. From looking at I think it might be a case that there are areas of no data inbetween the layers. A top down screenshot of the raw data might help confirm this.

If you are able to share the data then I'm happy to test it on my side.
