I have some gravity data that has a latitude, longitude and bouguer anomaly value. I want to view the bouguer anomaly as a 3D relief map. I made a surface using Spline, but when I do 'View > convert to local scene', the spline raster is stuck as a 2D layer. How to I display the raster surface in 3D with the bouguer anomaly as the z value?
I'm using ArcGIS Pro 2.2.4
