Contour a 2D cross section in 3D

I have a set of X,Y,Z,C data that was collected along a line. I would like to contour the data in 3D and export the cross-section for my client as a DXF.

The data has already been processed in Surfer using a local coordinate system of line distance and elevation. I then assigned each datapoint in the grid an X and Y coordinate. The line is not strait, so surfer is not able to grid the data in 3D while only showing the data actually below the line and instead greats imaginary data horizontally outside the bounds of the survey line.

Is there way to contour the X,Y,Z,C data in 3D. I would like to contour only within the bounds of the actual data, rather than interpolate horizontally from the cross-section.
