I work with SLPKs created from both Drone2Map and from Pix4D. I also receive these from other customers. If the elevation offset isn't correct when generated in Pix4D, i can easily rectify this by modifying the json file contained inside the SLPK by editing this archive using 7zip:

HOWEVER, if i try this method with an SLPK created in D2M I get an error when saving the archive edit.
Any ideas on this one?
