Cad to GIS

Hello, maybe somebody of you have worked with both AutoCad and ArcGis?

I want to import AutoCad 3d Models to ArcScene and there are many problems. First I found out that only 3d faces are displayed filled with color like polygons in ArcScene. However, the table which was yellow in AutoCad, became grey in ArcScene.

Do you know any way to correctly import AutoCad drawings to GIS?
