Hi,
I have 3d analyst enabled, and when I go to load arcscene it does not load with toolbars, table of contents etc. Instead it just loads into an empty white shell. Or if I load a previously saved .sxd, it will load into displaying the scene, but again with no toolbars, table of contents etc. Does this indicate a problem with my license manager, perhaps not handing over the extension properly, or could it be something else?
