3D Basemaps Solution: Roof Form Extraction Error

I am trying to create 3D building models from LiDAR pointclouds using the Esri 3D Basemaps Solution, but keep running into the same error when I use the Extract Roof Form tool. The tool returns the errors: "ERROR 010240: Could not save raster dataset to D:\Bos3DBasemaps\Analysis.gdb\minHeightnDSM with output format FGDBR."

Does anyone know what is causing this error? I have enough more then enough space on my disk for the intermediate raster data and the output polygon.
