3D Analyst: line of sight crashes

When doing a line of sight, clicking the end point starts the hourglass and then ArcMap crashes. This does not occur on the machine with 9.3 on it.
Has anyone else run into this problem?

Same for me on windows 7 (virtual) and XP (dedicated).

What we found, and fixed for beta 2, was a problem related to deselecting the kind of graphic made by LOS (grouped with 3D geometry). Use the GP LOS tool as a workaround. Please re-test with beta 2 which will be available soon.
