Need to subdivide vertical PolylineZ into smaller intervals

I have a file of 3D polyline Z file of vertical wells with varying  number and thicknesses of lithologic intervals. I would like subdivide all of the intervals into smaller increments, say 2 or 5 or 10 meter intervals. I have used the Generate Points Along Lines tool and get very inconsistent results, or it locks up Pro or Pro crashes. See attached layer package.
