Add vertical reference scale to 3D layout in Arcpro

Is it possible in ArcPro to add a vertical scale bar when displaying a 3D scene in a layout? 

Ideally, I would like to add a scale bar that is oriented vertically and references the vertical scale and unit. For instance, I have a side view (image below) of some underground features (red, blue, and green) with a DEM depicting the surface. In this example the vertical and horizontal coordinate systems are both in feet but there may be situations where the vertical and horizontal coordinate systems are in different units etc. and I would like to show the vertical (z) scale and units either alone or in addition to the horizontal (x,y) scale.
