I came across the following article that uses ArcGIS JavaScript to render rainfall in a 3D scene. I am not familiar with using ArcGIS API. Hence, I was wondering if this is possible in ArcPro (latest version) in such a way that I can define the precipitation and cloud cover value?

Purpose: Show weekly daily precipitation so, each day will have a different precipitation value in inches.
