select_one from a public feature service attributes values

Good afternoon,
I am looking for a way to incorporate a selection field into a survey survey, taking as values those of a field from a published service.
The public service is this https://services1.arcgis.com/pyhQ0TVwH9xqSegC/arcgis/rest/services/Federaciones_de_Plena_inclusion_vista_pública/FeatureServer/1
The field by which I want to select the valroes is {cod_fed}
Any suggestions?
