Survey123 Conditional Form Suddenly Stop Working with Media and files Questions

Hi all,

We are using ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 with Survey123 (3.17)...

Our Survey123 surveys are not able to set up condition for Media and files Widgets/controls anymore suddenly.

For example, if the user select "yes" at question 1, and supposed to allow them to upload files at question 2....but it won't show up.

However, if question 2 is non-media and files widgets, it will work...

I am wondering if this has anything to do with lastest security patch need to be installed on Portal?

Please help.

This is a really bad issue...

@ZhifangWang did the fix occur yesterday? I still can't make a media/image type question appear when a condition is met.

The fix is planned for 4/25 (PDT) since it needs to be coordinated with other fixes. Thanks for your understanding.

I would just like to let you know that BETA fixed the issue that I have with our survey. I have tested it.

Is the fix going to be applied early next week?

Our project is depending on it for our public facing survey.

Thanks a lot. I saw the Preview of the survey, and the issue was resolved!!!

I am hoping to see the official fix with production S123 soon and thank you for acting on resolving this issue so quickly! 🙂

We were hoping to have the production survey out on Friday, but I understand the development and publish behind the theme take time to release this fix.

We had a fix to this issue installed on the Beta website https://survey123beta.arcgis.com , can you please test if it works for your workflow?

If everything goes well, we plan to apply the fix to the production website early next week.

I cannot find on myesri of this BUG still, but would you please let me know what's the priority and urgency of fixing it?

I really hope this can be fixed ASAP, since it basically not allowing file upload based on user's selection from other questions.
