Length: 355.26' Radius: 7959.44'Delta: 002°33'26" Tangent: 177.66'Chord: 355.23' Course: S87° 04' 17"WCourse In: S01° 39' 00"E Course Out: N04° 12' 26"W
"...THENCE leaving said south right of way line South 00°52' 45" East, a distance of 747.35 feet, to the northerly right of way line of roadway and the beginning of a non-tangent curve to the left from which point the radius point bears South 1°39'00" East; THENCE 355.26 feet along said northerly right of way line the arc of said curve to the left, having a radius of 7959.44 feet, through a central angle of 2°33'26" and a chord bearing of South 87°04'17" West; ..."

To enter this into the traverse it would look like screenshot below, you will have to use the RB, radial bearing override for the non tangent curve described here:
"a non-tangent curve to the left from which point the radius point bears South 1°39'00" East"
To check this you can use the Direction Distance measure tool to verify the chord direction and distance are correct:
"Chord: 355.23' Course: S87° 04' 17"W"
