Survey123 crushes on Ipad on open

Question

Hello everyone,

2 of our field guys are having problems with Survey123 app on ipads today - they open the app and it closes immediately, it doesn't crush, just closes it, cause on double clicked home button we can see the app opened, but again when we click on it, it wraps it right away!

Please help, cause the guys have a lot of forms in drafts, and they work in very bad areas right now, I don't want they to reinstall the app and lose all the forms they worked on.

The problem was solved by updating IOS with latest update. My thought is that the app was auto updated and the new version was not compatible with IOS, and thus crushed.
