Exporting Survey123 template from ArcGis Online

Is there a way to export the spreadsheet for a survey that was created in Survey123 Connect from ArcGis Online?

For example the survey needs some fields updated but the spreadsheet that was used to publish the survey is missing. Is there a way to get the survey template off of ArcGis Online?

Hi Evan,

Yes, you can download the survey into Survey123 Connect and you will see the original xlsx file used to create the survey. You will need to sign into Connect with a user that has access to the survey and then you will see it in the gallery page.
