Connect v 1.6.11
I am getting the following error when trying to publish multiple surveys:
Create Service exception '
Exception: no protocol: null/admin/services/exists'
I have attached a screenshot of the error and my xlsx form for review.

I am attempting to publish to Portal.
I can publish to portal through arcmap without problems.
It appears that the issue was a problem with an update to our datastore. We re-installed last night and everything publishes without issue this morning.
