Proxy Config

How do I configure add-ins to ArcGIS Pro to make interenet calls go through a proxy server?  Specifically, my users are using Deep Learning Change Detection, as well as Oriented Imagery.  Would these share some common settings, or does each add-in require it's own configuration?
