I need your advice to modify the (Semimajor Axis, Semiminor Axis, Inverse Flattening) of " Pulkovo_1995_3_Degree_GK_CM_45E" with Projection of "Gauss Kruge" to (Semimajor Axis, Semiminor Axis, Inverse Flattening) of "Karbala 1979 Polservice UTM Zone 38N" using ArcGis 9.3 ...

I think there's a better way to do this. Is Karbala 1979 available in the geographic coordinate systems folder (likely under Asia)? If so, modify the WGS 1984 UTM zone 38N definition and just replace the GCS, plus update the PCS name.
