maps in survey

Is there any way (or upcoming features) to add in a survey (created with survey123 online) a webmap displaying other layer than basemaps?

For instance water/wastewater networks... or anydata stored in arcgis enterprise as an image layer/feature service or other format

It can be useful to pinpoint a survey linked with an asset.

Of course, Collector could be used but the idea is to take advantage of survey123 and work only with the survey app

Hi Pierre,

This is a current enhancement we are already working on and should be available in a future release of Survey123. Just recently, in the 3.6 release, we added Linked Content to Survey123 Connect which allows you to add web maps and other supported map types as basemaps to your surveys if you are using the Standard map types option. This is currently in beta as it only applies to Connect and Field app. There are some more enhancements and fixes to be made in Connect and Field app to bring Standard map type support out of beta, which we are working on, as well as adding support in the Survey123 website, web designer and web app.

Please keep an eye out for these new features and updates when they are added in future releases.
