Opening Survey in Browser

Question

I have a simple survey that I would like to use for citizen science data collection. Over the past two days, the survey will not open in a browser. I have tried Chrome as well as Safari. I am puzzled. It was working well over the past month.

Hi Michael,

On Tuesday during the U.S. mid-day, we were affected by a wide-spread outage caused by our back-end provider, Amazon.  We also updated the Survey123 website on U.S. Tuesday night.  It sounds as if your browsers have retained some of the old code- can you clear the cache and try to reload the survey?
