Calculate among repeats

Question

I thought I've asked this question before but maybe I didn't (at least I couldn't find it among the questions...)

I have a number of repeats (repeat_count set by the answer to a different question) where the enumerator has to fill a proportion for each repeat. I would like to validate that the total of these proportions is 100 (%) before submitting the survey. Is this possible?

Right now, it isn't in our immediate horizon- we're concentrating on editing existing records.  Please vote for it at the ArcGIS Ideas - https://community.esri.com/ideas/12210 ; it helps us keep track of the relative demand for enhancements.
