how I can export analysis table in editable format such as word?

Hi Juma,

As it happens, you can to just this with the 'Report' feature in the Data tab. You can also use this feature to provide your own report template to apply to your survey responses. For information on how to use this, see the documentation! Print survey results—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS
