There is a similar thread (Send notifications when survey is submitted.) from April but I thought I would see if there is an update.
Is it possible to receive a notification when a survey is submitted?
Also, is it possible to send a confirmation that a survey has been submitted to the submitted (if one of the entries is submitter's email)?
I am thinking, it would still require GeoEvents Processor or Python/ArcRest but thought I'd see if there was an out-of-the-box way to achieve this without much customizing.
