Does anyone have any examples demonstrating Chain of Custody forms in Survey123?

Hi Everyone,

I am building a Chain of Custody form in Survey123 and am looking for any examples, ideas, etc. the community may be able to provide.  My initial thought is to have 2 forms.  The first would be used to describe the object in transit.  The second would be the Chain of Custody form that would be filled out every time the object changes hands.  Thanks for your help!

Hi Derrick,

Apologies for the delay.  It sounds like you have a good beginning structure, with a form to register the item and store properties that don't readily change and a second form to mark each event in the object's lifecycle.
