pulldata calculation question

In Survey123 connect, I developed a form with a pulldata calculation and associated csv lookup table.  This works great on the mobile app, but does not work within the web app.

Can anyone confirm if this is this another feature that is only supported on the mobile app form, and not on the desktop app?

Or, am I missing a step...perhaps I need to publish the csv to AGOL/call it somewhere within the form?

Hello Amy, 

pulldata from csv works on the web form. 

Many factors can cause it not working, such as browser (e.g. IE 11 didn't work well before), something wrong with the csv file: Survey 123 Webform error with .csv pulldata, or something wrong with the calculation statement (see James's comment on this page: Calculations on Geopoints). 

It seems like web form is just more sensitive with little things compared to mobile app, or they are simply written by different language so that they behave differently with the same calculation statement.
