Action on Embedded WebApp

Hello!
I have dashboard with an embedded web app (as i need to be able to edit feature attributes).  I would like to be able to select from a list and have the web app map zoom to that feature.  I'm guessing it's somehow a URL parameter, but I can't seem to figure it out. Derek Law‌  would you be able to help me out? is this possible?  Does anyone know?

This is not a supported workflow with ArcGIS Dashboards. Sorry. Please submit an enhancement on the ArcGIS Ideas  site for ArcGIS Dashboards.
