Hi,

We would like to know more about Tracker for ArcGIS Online. As per the below weblink reference

"To enable location tracking, your organization must first purchase Tracker for ArcGIS licenses".

This means all the current ArcGIS Online organizations customers of Esri need to purchase Tracker for ArcGIS license if they want to use this?

Yes, your organization must have at least 1 active Tracker for ArcGIS License in order to enable the capability. Each mobile user must be assigned a Tracker for ArcGIS License in order to use the mobile app.
