What's New in ArcGIS Monitor 2026.0

ArcGIS Monitor provides observability by collecting metrics on the health, performance, and usage of your enterprise GIS. It is designed to help system administrators and GIS managers ensure their ArcGIS Enterprise deployments and underlying infrastructure are working efficiently. Monitor helps reduce and prevent system downtime, resulting in operational cost savings.

ArcGIS Monitor 2026.0 includes two new features to help administrators better manage their enterprise GIS deployments:

Enterprise portal web app and web map usage metrics
Enhanced service utilization metrics for web services in multi-machine ArcGIS Server sites

GeoEvent Server was retired in version 12.3, and ArcGIS Velocity for ArcGIS Enterprise was released starting with ArcGIS Enterprise 12.1. Will Velocity be added to the list of monitored services in the future?

Just to clarify for other users who read your comment: ArcGIS Enterprise 12.1 was just released last week. The final release of ArcGIS GeoEvent Server will be the ArcGIS Enterprise 12.3 release (expected in May 2027). ArcGIS GeoEvent Server will continue to be supported as outlined in the ArcGIS Enterprise product life cycle for those versions.

Yes. On the dev roadmap, we're planning for ArcGIS Monitor 2026.1 to support collecting data for ArcGIS Velocity on-premise and the spatialtemportal data store.

Yes, you can view users associated with each session. But we're still working on providing more detailed reporting metrics based on users in a future release.
