Best way to create survey that will produce mailing labels?

Hi all! I need to create a survey that allows me to print mailing labels from the data and collect accurate addresses to geocode.

My understanding is that mailing labels are easiest to create when "St Address"; "City"; "State"; and "Zip Code" fields exist, but that using the Address or Map location question options in Survey123 produce the most accurate geopoints. The Address and Map questions have an output of "St Address, City, State, Zip code, Country".

I'd prefer to use the Address or Map question over asking for name, st address, etc.

Is there a way for me to use the output from the Address or Map questions to create mailing labels?

If I can't use Address or Map, can I direct Survey123 to automatically geocode "St Address"; "City"; "State"; and "Zip Code" within the survey?

I agree with what Neal_t_k posted. If you're new to Survey123 Connect the Samples are very helpful. These are already made xlxs forms to showcase functionality and see exactly what is behind the scenes in the xlxs. This is the one I used to help me understand the best way to get all the address info from a geopoint question.
