Disable "Save to ArcGIS Account" in Survey123 Feature Report Page

Hello,

I am working within an ArcGIS Enterprise environment and utilizing the Survey123 Web Report interface to allow users to generate briefing sheets from a Dashboard.

Currently, I added the link of the featureReport URL to my dashboard, the option "Save to my ArcGIS account" is automatically checked and locked so the user cannot uncheck it and the report cannot be generated.

Is there a work around? I just want my users to generate the report and it downloads to the computer in a word doc.

I'd put this into the Ideas page, as I believe there is no option for that.

I face a similar issue. But in my case it is security related. If I try to generate a report manually via the web interface with that toggled on, I get an error. Toggling that to off resolves the issue. Due to environmental constraints (aka, IT), we will not be unblocking that particular port, so I forever have to remember to toggle that option off while testing.
