Strange errors logging in happening every other day now - Survey123 Portal

Question

Hi,

This happened a couple of days ago, then stopped for a day, and is now happening again today.

All my embedded surveys started showing this and it happens when trying to login to the survey123 home page for our Portal as well.

Rendering S123 unusable.

It is funny because the error is saying 'survey is not accessible or does not exist' when I am just logging into the home page, not trying to access a survey.

Hi @TimLohnes1  are you using Chrome 142 or Edge 143? If so, you'll need to update your iframe code by adding allow="local-network-access 'DOMAIN'" to resolve the connection issue. We have this issue as well randomly with various users. We have pinned it down to users inadvertently blocking access to the survey123 website in the browser. Try adding your survey123 website to your local access network sites (at least this is what the setting is called within Edge). We had to include the port number. For instance: https://survey123.arcgis.com:443
