This is my first time creating a survey for timber cruising, but I keep getting the same error message and can't figure out how to fix it. I have tried to troubleshoot it, but nothing seems to be working.

"begin repeat" and "end repeat" shouldn't have underscores in them.
Also not sure if it will make a difference or not, but you don't need the "tree_repeat" in the name column for the "end repeat"
Not sure if this is your issue, but you have some extra information in your list name column on the choices sheet that you should remove. I would start there.
