Outbox send errors

Question

Survey123 Outbox: Error message "You do not have permission to send these surveys". I am signed into Survey123, but I wasn't when I made the surveys. Does this have anything to do with why it will not send these surveys? The tablet is connected to internet and has service but still will not send the surveys from the outbox. It keeps coming up with message: !Send error: Message not sent: 1 . How do I fix this and get the information to send?

Good questions. How do I check the security settings applied to Survey123? I will check in with where this form gets sent and see if they did any updates or if I am using the latest version as well. Thank you.

Have you checked that the right security setting are applied in the Survey123 settings as well as the AGOL settings?

Have you done any updates lately to the form that would change the view that the form is submitting too? i.e. are the forms in the outbox point to an out of date version of your form?
