Single list questions with same choice options (matrix): Layout

Hi,

I have a question regarding single list questions in a matrix using the same choice options. I have created my survey in Survey123 Connect, and the axes are correct with questions and response options.

However, the layout is giving me issues with misaligned boxes and duplicate circles (radio buttons).

Does anyone know how I can achieve a cleaner layout that looks like this?

I wish that table-list appearance worked with grid style.

Look into the likert  appearance for select_one questions
