Send Error with the instance_name as the reason

Hello,

After modifying my XLSForm to better capture the questions of my project I can no longer submit the surveys. The error message says "This survey could not be sent due to the following error:" and then lists the instance_name. If I do not define the instance_name the error just lists the default name. I am hoping someone on here has run into this issue before and knows how to fix it? I know when I define the instance name it is correct (e.g., ${site_number} ) so all previous posts dealing with something similar do not apply.

It's more likely that there is no error message, then it lists the instance that the issue occured on.

The original poster gets the error when the instance name is removed.

To help either of you we need more information e.g.

* What version of survey123 connect 
* Can you provide the xlsform 
* Can you provide logs

There are a number of reasons a survey will fail to submit.

It's likely not tied to the instance name and is just a generic error message.

Can you check the logs?

Can you share the xlsform and highlight the updates?
