Help with Converting underground pipes from 2D to 3D

Hello ESRI Community. Please could anyone guide me through accessing resources that I will need to explore to convert my 2D underline utility pipelines to a 3D pipeline on ArcGIS Pro?

Do these lines contains the elevation data? If so than try extrusion with DEM overlaying
