Select Widget Better With Run-Time Data?

Question for the Build Team: Why are layers loaded at run-time though the Add Data Widget or a custom widget so much better in the Select Widget than layers loaded from the webmap? And can we match the capabilities to webmap loaded layers?

* Layers loaded from the webmap are limited to a single pre-defined Attribute Selection, while run-time layers allow the user to build their own arbitrary SQL query.
* Turning on Attribute Selection disables the Add to Selection, Remove From Selection and Subset Selection options from all layers unless the layers are added at run-time, then the Select Widget will do it. This allows for very complex selections to be made.

When I brought this up, I was hoping you would make webmap loaded layers better, not make runtime layers worse.

I just found out that runtime layers no longer allow for both Attribute Selection and adding/removing/subsetting selections. I can confirm this in both 1.18 and 1.19.

Thanks for pointing this out. Some functionality or lack there of is just baffling. I am very disappointed in the query widget it that their is no runtime user functionality and you can only use prebuilt queries.
