Survey123 Connect Relevant column

Hello all,

I am using the latest version of Survey123 Connect (3.20.63) and I'm trying to design a survey with relevant fields that I control to show up only when a previous question's answer allows it to. That functionality works except when I look at the actual survey123 Connect app to test it out there is a blank box before the choice selection is committed to. Like I said, everything works but cosmetically I want to get the box out of there. Below are images of what I am talking about.

You using grid?

If so, swap to dynamic-grid on the settings tab
