Surey123 connect. After adding a text field, publish hangs and does nothing

I added an additional text field in my Survey123 Connect, and when I publish it, it stays in publishing mode and nothing happens.

Please advise.

This sometimes happens.

Try restarting Connect. If that doesn't work, restart your PC.

Can you add the field in the feature service in your ArcGIS Organization first and than in the xlsforms?
