Hello! Is it possible to have a begin group/end group that does not have the label or collapsible indicator?
Without label yes, you can just leave the label blank, this might hide the collapse indicator too. A warning message will pop up saying that they don't have labels but you can skip it and it should publish fine.
The one note I will give, if you're using Power Automate it breaks their dynamic content list (or at least last time I messed with a survey without group labels it did)
