Field maps callback URL no longer working in 23.3.0

Hi,

ArcGIS Field Maps 23.3.0 update no longer appears to honor callback URLS?

e.g. launching these two URLs (with an actual survey itemid) from browser or field maps opens the survey, but then on survey submission it'll take the user back to the browser. 

https://survey123.arcgis.app?itemID=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&callback=https://fieldmaps.arcgis.app

arcgis-survey123://?itemID=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&callback=https://fieldmaps.arcgis.app

The same URLs work if an earlier version of Field Maps is installed.

The callback is correct per this documentation:

This may be a bug on release - have a ticket with support - but sharing in case anyone has answers, insight or just to help save some headaches for others who though tehre was an issue with their URLS...

Thank you for confirming, Survey123 is not at fault for the issue the same behavior can be reproduced taking Survey123 out of the equation. Just using https://fieldmaps.arcgis.app?itemID=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX reproduces the issue. 

How these links work is they require a web server which is then configured for the OS to know what bundle ID to redirect to. For example https://survey123.arcgis.app/ in a web browser will bring you to a Survey123 website which on iOS and Android if the Survey123 field app is installed will redirect to the app. It looks like the web server for Field Maps (https://fieldmaps.arcgis.app/) is down.
