Hi! For one of the surveys that my organization uses for stormwater compliance, when I go into the data tab to look at individual records, none of the questions or their answers appear, only the pictures do. This is the case even if I try to run a report or print/save an individual record. All of the other surveys I use do not have this issue. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks!
