Error generating reports: The task failed because all reports failed to run convertToPdf.

Hi All,

I am having issues with one of my surveys when trying to export the data. When trying to download a sample report, I receive the error "The task failed because all reports failed to run convertToPdf.". When I try to generate the report using the word document template, it downloads corrupted and won't open.

See attached xlsx, word template and the two external choice csv documents used in the survey.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
